Refund Policy

At Joga Futsal FC, we strive to provide the best possible soccer coaching and clinic experiences for all participants. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have established the following refund policy to address such situations.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Deadline for Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of service commencement. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Submission Method: Send your refund request via email to jogafutsalfc@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund”.

3. Required Information: The email must explicitly request a refund and include the following details:

• Parent’s First and Last Name

• Parent’s Phone Number

• Parent’s Email Address

• Child’s First and Last Name

• Child’s Date of Birth

Processing Refunds

1. Review Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Payment Timeline: While refunds will be processed promptly, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during registration.

Additional Terms

1. Non-Refundable Fees: Any administrative or processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees will be clearly disclosed during the registration process.

2. Cancellations by Joga Futsal FC: If a clinic or training session is canceled due to circumstances within our control, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued automatically.

3. Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

4. Partial Attendance: Refunds are not provided for sessions partially attended or missed due to personal reasons.
